Whisked away on a magical carpet ride, children are invited - through inner visualization and uplifting music - to hear, see, taste and sense the brilliant rainbow colours which represent the body's energy centers or charkas. It is a beautiful way for children to connect within themselves and experience vibrant healthy feelings.
